WHEN TO USE
Use when your organization’s stated values don’t show up in real decisions.
WHAT TO DO
For each stated value, ask whether you can name a specific recent decision where it visibly shaped the outcome. Thin or vague answers mark a ceremonial value. Pick one, rewrite it as a concrete behavioral sentence instead of a single word, and use that specific language in real conversations for two weeks to see whether it becomes more useful and more real.
