WHEN TO USE
Use when you’re moving too fast to notice the small ways people on your team are excelling outside their job description.
WHAT TO DO
For a week, capture three “strength sightings” a day: what you saw, what strength it revealed, and what it changed. Deliver one specific “I noticed X. That looked like Y. It mattered because Z.” message daily to the person involved. At week’s end, have a short talent-scout conversation with whoever’s strength showed up most clearly, and design one small experiment that lets them use it more.
