WHEN TO USE
Use when your team has psychological safety but still feels more like a group of individuals who share a calendar than a team.
WHAT TO DO
Give each team member four prompts to answer in advance: what they bring that people might not fully use, what they need to do their best work, what signals something’s wrong for them, and what they look like when they’re fully in it. Bring the answers into a working session where the team discusses how to actually use this information. This is a design exercise for how people work together, not an icebreaker.
