WHEN TO USE
Use when you notice you’re rehearsing what you’re afraid will happen instead of what you actually want.
WHAT TO DO
For three days, write down each evening what you spent the day trying to avoid or worrying about; you’re auditing, not fixing yet. For the next four days, flip it: each morning, write specifically what you want from the day and what it would look like, then reflect each evening on where you drifted back into avoidance. You’re training your mind to send a clear, positive signal instead of a running list of what to dodge.
