Start with a 2-day program covering the essentials of Mastering EQ Level 1, by experiencing the program as a learner, and then learning how to facilitate it. Alternately, you can dive all the way into EQ with a 4-day deep skill-building package that combines Mastering EQ Level 1 (2 days) and Level 2 (2 days).
If your focus is team development, Mastering EQ for Teams is focused on developing the emotional intelligence skills of a team. To become a high-performing team, building team EQ skills is a must, this program is your one-stop shop for improving team effectiveness, the ability to navigate challenges, cross-functional collaboration, and decision-making.
