Mastering EQ – Level 1 is the foundational EQ course, providing participants with an understanding of what EQ is, why it matters, the four core EQ skills, and how to enhance their EQ skills with practical, proven strategies for immediate impact. This program leverages results from the Emotional Intelligence Appraisal and allows participants to develop personalized EQ development plans to help them enhance their EQ skills to drive real results for your organization.
In this two-day EQ certification program, virtually or in-person, you will learn how to facilitate our core Mastering EQ training program and become the EQ expert for your organization. Mastering EQ – Level 2 takes EQ skills to a more advanced level through focused practice of four cornerstone strategies that impact each of the four core EQ skills – self-awareness, self-management,
social awareness, and relationships management. Participants learn how to identify emotional triggers, re-frame negative self-talk, practice stepping into others’ shoes to build empathy, and manage their emotions during difficult conversations and conflicts.
