VP of Client Solutions
This position is part of the ground floor sales team in an established, rapidly growing company with strong brand presence, best in class training programs and assessments, and a best-selling book. The position will grow our business by actively converting leads to customers, increasing repeat business, and increasing the scale of our clientsâ initiatives. This person would be responsible for building and maintaining our client partnerships including handling inbound leads, proactively targeting top new prospects and actively maintain existing partnerships.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategy, manage portfolio of accounts, identify and attract new client organizations, and exceed annual revenue goals.
- Build solid relationships with clients and new prospects, as well as with internal cross-functional teams.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies.
- Conduct needs analysis discussions and business reviews with clients and prospects and recommend solutions to address identified pain points.
- Conduct weekly analysis of regional pipeline and develop strategic plans to further cultivate growth of portfolio of clients.
- Present business and marketing opportunities to company leaders and to sales team peers, and take on other duties and initiatives as required based on business need.
- Bachelorâs Degree required
- 8+ years of business-to-business sales experience with a proven track-record of success & growth
- Has a passion for the power of emotional intelligence skills and a belief that âbetter EQ = better lives.â
- Comfortable with ambiguity, takes initiative, and has a âroll up your sleevesâ startup mentality
- Excellent relationship building and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to gather information and synthesize business requirements from prospects
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented, with the desire to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment with peers who challenge you to be better
- Stellar communication skills with the ability to ask good selling questions that compel prospects to act
- Ability to quickly understand and embrace technology
- Proven business development, sales, and/or marketing experience
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- High Proficiency with Salesforce and all Microsoft Office applications
- Resides in the Southwest region. Travel required across region.
- Willing to travel approximately 20-25% of the time.
- Bachelorâs Degree required
- Employee spends 7 hours per office day sitting at desk or computer terminal.
- Employee spends 20% each quarter traveling.
- Uses telephone and computer often.
- Occasionally lifts boxes at tradeshows: Lifting 20 lbs. and/or carrying of 30-50 lbs.
- On tradeshow days, incumbent may stand 6 hours per day though this can be accommodated.
