For Apple/iBooks/iTunes Purchase:
In order to receive a passcode to your Emotional Intelligence 2.0 test, please email a copy of your purchase receipt to [email protected] for verification purposes.
If you have not received or cannot locate your receipt, please send a screenshot of your iBooks purchase history or the book in your iBooks library and we will be happy to provide you a passcode. The receipt and/or screenshot of your purchase must include the date, your name and the seller’s name (i.e. Apple, iBooks, or iTunes) in order to receive a passcode.
In order for us to verify your purchase, please complete the following steps:
From your iPhone, go to Settings > tap on [your name] > tap on iTunes & App Store
Tap on your Apple ID, then View Apple ID
Swipe up until you see “Purchase History”, then tap on it
Tap on the “>” icon to the right of the total billed charge to see details of your invoice
Take a screenshot of the receipt that includes your name and the seller’s name (i.e. Apple, iBooks, or iTunes)

For Audible Users:

If your physical audio book CD is damaged, does not play, or is missing a passcode to the Emotional Intelligence Appraisal test, please contact the audio book publisher Brilliance Audio for assistance. Once they are able to verify your order, Brilliance Audio will send you a new CD and/or a new and unique passcode to the test. There may be a chance that you’ve purchased a used book, and the passcode to the Emotional Intelligence Appraisal test was previously used.
